01 Acceptance of Terms

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 87game or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

87game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 87game may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 87game services, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 87game. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 87game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details during registration. Accounts registered with false or misleading information are subject to immediate closure.
• Account Transferability: Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any other person.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 87game are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: 87game accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Verification: 87game reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must ensure their account is fully verified before submitting withdrawal requests.
• Funds Ownership: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is prohibited.
• No Cryptocurrency: 87game does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Attempts to fund your account via cryptocurrency will be rejected.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

87game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 87game reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion. Decisions made by 87game in this regard are final.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except as winnings after wagering requirements have been satisfied.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 87game platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All non-live games on 87game use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, 87game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnection Policy: 87game is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before placing wagers.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 87game platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 87game support immediately.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 87game staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

87game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

09 Responsible Gaming

87game takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 87game account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 87game and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by 87game in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

87game's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

87game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 87game platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, or account transactions, 87game's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in question, subject to the player's right to present contrary evidence.
